Great onsen and views from the room balcony, and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered a mix of Japanese and Western options and had a nice seating area. , the location was near a ski resort and had beautiful scenery.
The room was extremely cold during the winter, and despite requesting assistance, the heating system did not improve the situation. The room seating was uncomfortable, there was no traditional seating provided and we had to sit low down on the ground.

We stayed in a beautiful two-level cottage, which was well-furnished with TVs and teas. the views from the balcony were amazing! the onsen was relaxing with its indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets, especially the mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. the front desk staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness and communication.
The temperature of the cottage was difficult to regulate and it was freezing during our winter visit.

I loved the efforts of the front desk staff in communicating in English. The food was delicious and had a mix of Western and Japanese cuisines. It was delightful to have meals with a picturesque garden view. The onsen had both indoor and outdoor pools and was a relaxing experience. Also, the hotel had top-notch cleanliness, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great onsen pools with inside and outside baths. the scenery was breathtaking. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
Staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. the room was too cold, no matter how we tried to adjust the heating system.
